Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Any dates, times or periods for delivery of Goods quoted by the Seller are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to meet such estimates or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Buyer as a result of any delay howsoever caused. All orders to the UK Mainland (excludes N. Ireland, Channel Islands and Islands of Scotland) above £40.00 excluding VAT are delivered Free of charge, all orders below £40.00 are subject to a small shipping and handling charge of £5.45 excluding VAT. Charges for Carriage are for one way delivery. Additional deliveries (except back orders) and exchange deliveries will incurr an additional shipping charge at our standard rate £5.45 excluding VAT.
A shipping charge is charged to all other destinations in Europe and the Rest of the World. If your country is not listed on the shipping options please contact our customer service team by email or by telephone and they will be able to assist in arranging shipment to your chosen destination.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 days. We will not held responsable for delays in delivery. We always try and provide our customers with the best service possible but on the rare occasion due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible. If you require a faster delivery than 2 business days please contact a member of our customer service team on 0845 2020 235 who will be happy to help with your urgent requirements.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option of changing to an alternative product if this option is not acceptable you can always cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Safety Boots are Exempt of VAT. Safety shoes, trainers and certain low cut hikers and boots are liable for VAT.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Goods are not sold for any particular purpose even if implied in the catalogue or product data sheets. All implied terms and conditions and warranties relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose or any of the goods are excluded. The seller shall be under no liability whatsoever to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of breach of Contract by the Seller of this contract. In the event of any breach of Contract by the Seller the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Seller exceed the price of the Goods.

Returns Policy Return of goods will not be accepted in any circumstances without prior agreement from the seller. If the goods are returned back to us without an appropriate returns number they will be refused by our goods inwards staff.
We issue returns numbers so that when the goods arrive back to us we can identify who the products were purchased by and issue the appropriate action required.
Your right to cancel is governed by the distance selling act 2000. Cancellation of your order will be accepted seven working days from commencement of the contract between the seller 'and the buyer and seven working days following receipt of the goods by the buyer. Notice of cancellation is required from the buyer to the seller in writing either by post or email. Written confirmation will then be forwarded to the buyer from the seller confirming the notice of cancellation and the buyer will be issued with an appropriate returns number.
All goods returned must be in a brand new condition, this means that the goods and packaging should not have been used, opened or damaged. Certain products are unreturnable due to hygiene issues ie face masks, safety spectacles etc. The buyer is liable for any postage or carriage costs incurred returning the goods back to the seller. Goods that are returned by the buyer and inspected by the seller and are deemed to be in a used or damaged condition, will be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
Please note that all requests for returns must be confirmed in writing either by email or by post.

The return of goods outside the of the seven working days as deemed by the Distance selling act 2000 will only be agreed to if the goods are in the original packing and are unused, and in this instance a standard restocking charge of 30% of the original invoice value will be applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning your goods for a refund your chosen payment method will be credited minus our standard shipping charge of £5.45 ex VAT. Additional deliveries (except back orders) and exchange deliveries will incurr an additional shipping charge at our standard rate £5.45 excluding VAT.
